Steps

The order of execution		Name step	Description step
	1.	Get Profile	Apply at the headquarters of Vietnam representative agencies abroad (see the list of representative offices of consular functions for more detailed information about the address and time of filing or the results).
	2.	Representative body for consideration and settlement.	Agency representatives review records, issuing passports to the applicants within 05 working days. If records are not sufficient grounds for issuing passports, the report recommended specific litigants elements personnel with relevant information and power of the Immigration Department of Public Security or the Vietnamese representative missions Nam has issued passports for verification. Representative body shall decide on the issuance of passports within 02 working days from receipt of the reply of the above agencies.
	3	Returns results	Get live results at the premises of the mission. For the case of the issuance of passports, can get in the mail; or if you wish to authorize another person to receive the certificate, the person authorized to receive the passport must present identification documents and payment receipt and a letter of authorization dossiers.

	1.	One (01) Declaration Form X02 for Vietnam citizens abroad for the issuance, amendment, supplement ordinary passport / travel document and two (02) identical photos, 4x6 cm, taken on white background, straight face, bareheaded, without glasses color, taken within a year, including 01 photos and 01 affixed to the application form attached image. - Clearly state in the declaration if they wish to receive the results by mail. - If the proposed separation of children from their father or passport issuing passports to its own mother, the declaration signed by the parent. - Where a parent request for his passport back then submitted 01 declarations (Model X02) and 02 4x6 photos of the parent.
	2.	Copy or snapshot (if the snapshot should produce the original for a check, for comparison) of one of the documents used as a basis for issuing passports following: - Documents proving citizenship Vietnam (photo type) under Vietnam law on nationality, issued through the period; - Certificate of citizenship personnel currently overseas Vietnam by the Immigration Department of Public Security is still valid (Model X04); - Document issued by the State management agencies competent to citizens of Vietnam are still valid, there is a full record personal identifications and photos. Personal factors include a person's full name, date of birth, place of birth, gender and nationality of the person.
